We take great pride in announcing that we have been ranked as a Leading Firm in the Intellectual Property field in the prestigious Chambers Latin America 2009 Guide.
Pedro Berkenwald, Partner at our Firm, features as a Leading Individual in IP. He has over three decades advising national and foreign companies operating in the fields of chemistry, pharmacy and biotechnology, providing counsel on regulations, protection of products and processes, launching of new products into the market and their distribution. His IP practice includes patent enforcement and litigation, as well as negotiation and drafting of licensing, franchising and technology transfer contracts.
Chambers Latin America 2009 lists the leading law firms and lawyers across the region. The ranking is the outcome of thousands of in-depth interviews with lawyers and clients conducted by a team of highly experienced researchers. With objectivity and independence as guiding principles, the publication emphasizes that “No one can 'buy their way in'”.
